Welcome to being part of history and a member of the inaugural Sydney Women’s AFL Masters

This is an initiative of a group of women who have played, coached and administered AFL in Sydney since the early 2000s. Assisted by a partnership between Balmain AFC and the Newtown Breakaways FC to create an inclusive, social and fun space for women over 35 to continue, return to, or start playing footy.

It all starts in 2023 with a social program of over 10 games and festivals and of course defending our title at the National AFL masters carnival in Maroochydore in September.

What your membership covers - NSW AFL Masters affiliation fee/insurance; Admin running costs; Equipment & medical kit; End of Year event costs ; Sydney Womens AFL Masters Socks & Shorts

Please note your membership does not conflict with any existing player membership for a club in the Sydney AFL competition ie. you can still play for another club in the Sydney or NSW AFL competition. Masters is affliated through NSW AFL Masters and the National AFL Masters body.
Your membership also qualifies you to play for NSW in the National Masters Carnival. Training Tops and Playing Tops will be available separately, pending sponsorship confirmations.
